Returns Policy

1. General rules

1.1 This Returns Policy sets out the rules and procedures regarding the return of goods purchased in our online store.

2. Exceptions to returns

2.1 Only products from the sale section can be returned. Other clothes are made to order and are personalized, so they are not returnable.

3. Deadline for making a return

3.1 The customer has the right to submit a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

3.2 The customer has the right to make a return within 14 days from the date of reporting the return.

4. Return procedure

4.1 Before sending back the package with the returned products, the customer is obliged to inform us about this fact by e-mail to the following address: chartzone.store@gmail.com

4.2 We do not accept cash on delivery parcels.

4.3 Returns must be sent to the following address:

5. Condition of the returned product

5.1 The product must be unused, intact, with original tags and packaging.

6. Return costs

6.1 Return costs are borne by the Customer.

7. Refund

7.1 After receiving the returned goods and verifying their condition, we undertake to refund the funds to the customer's account within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return parcel.
